मनीष झा ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि जनाधार इंडिया की टीम पिछड़े से पिछड़े इलाके तक पहुंचने में सक्षम है। इस दौरान वर्तमान में विकसित की गई नवीन तकनीकी व संसाधनों को लेकर सर्वे किया जाएगा, जिसमें डिजिटल मोबाइल वैन प्रमुख रहेगी। इसके अलावा इलेक्ट्रॉनिक डिजिटल डिस्पले बोर्ड के माध्यम से जागरूकता अभियान पर काम किया जाएगा साथ ही आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव में वोटिंग प्रतिशत को बढ़ाने के लिए भी लोगों को वोट डालने के लिए प्रेरित किया जाएगा जिसमें डिजिटल एडवर्टाइजमेंट भी माध्यम रहेगा।

वर्तमान नेताओं के रिपोर्ट कार्ड पर भी किया जाएगा काम

श्री मनीष ने बताया कि इस सर्वे के दौरान जितना ध्यान जनता की मानसिकता पर रखा जाएगा उतना ही फोकस वर्तमान नेताओं के रिपोर्ट कार्ड पर रहेगा जोकि साबित करेगा कि नेता की छवि जनता के बीच कैसी है। इस नेता ने वास्तविकता में अपने द्वारा किए गए वादों और दावों को पूरा किया है। इस रिपोर्ट कार्ड को देखते हुए जनता को वोटिंग करने में आसानी रहेगी व अपने बेहतरीन नेता को चुनने में मदद मिलेगी।

बूथ लेवल पर खंगाला जाएगा रिकॉर्ड

जनाधार इंडिया के संस्थापक श्री मनीष झा ने बताया कि इस सर्वे के दौरान उत्तर प्रदेश के हर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के बूथ पर काम किया जाएगा जिसमें अब तक की कई वोटिंग में पुराने रिकॉर्ड को लेकर समीक्षा की जाएगी साथ ही साथ वोटर्स की पिछले 10 सालों तक की गतिविधियों पर भी गहनता से रिसर्च की जाएगी। इसके अलावा जाति व लिंग समीकरण पर भी काम किया जाएगा।

तीन चरणों में किया जाएगा सर्वे पूरा

जनाधार इंडिया के संस्थापक श्री मनीष झा ने बताया कि उत्तर प्रदेश में सर्वे को तीन चरणों में पूरा किया जाएगा जिसका पहला चरण सितंबर के पहले सप्ताह से पूरा शुरू होगा और दो माह तक चलेगा। इसके बाद सर्वे का दूसरा चरण जनवरी माह से शुरू होगा और 2 माह तक जारी रहेगा उसके बाद तीसरा चरण नेताओं के नाम घोषित घोषित होने के बाद शुरू होगा। सर्वे में विभिन्न प्रकार के मुद्दों पर जनता से सवाल किए जाएंगे हैं। जिनके तहत आगामी चुनाव में जनता किस तरफ अपना निर्णय सुनाएगी। इस सर्वे से प्राप्त लोगों की टिप्पणी पर सर्वे के नतीजों का अनुमान लगाया जाएगा वह इन नतीजों की घोषणा चुनाव से पहले की जाएगी। इसके अलावा उत्तर प्रदेश में वोटिंग फ़ीसदी को बढ़ाने के लिए भी लोगों को समय समय पर जागरूक किया जाएगा जिससे जनता को अपने लिए सही और संपन्न सरकार चुनने में मदद मिल सके ।
